Customer Information Confidentiality
TCFHC has enacted “ TCFHC privacy policy” in accordance with the “Financial Holding Company Act”, “Rules Concerning Cross-Selling by Financial Holding Company Subsidiaries” and the “Personal Information Protection Act”. TCFHC will make adjustment to this privacy policy in response to social, environment and regulatory changes. The revised privacy policy will be published on website and will also be disclosed or published to the customers according to the methods designated by the competent authorities.

To protect the benefits of customers, TCFHC formulates contracts based on fairness, rationality, and integrity. When TCFHC signs contracts with customers, we will adequately disclose the relevant risks to customers by explaining contents of the financial products, services and contracts. Also, TCFHC will strictly implement the internal control and audit system followed by “Financial Consumer Protection Act ”.
Handling procedures of customer complaints
For appropriately dealing with the complaints or advice of customers, TCFHC has established customer service center for twenty-four hours, website and e-mail. If customers have any advice or dissatisfied with our equipments, services, products and operation procedures, they can reflect complaints or advice on our customer service center, website and e-mail. TCFHC will positively deal with the complaints or advice to make sure the situation improved gradually.
